Professional Services

Network & Equipment Consulting:

We first seek to understand your business communication needs and business objectives and/or requirements. We do this by understanding and identifying efficiencies and inefficiencies within your existing communications infrastructure.
Once we have a full understanding of your business communications landscape, we put together designs that best meet all your business objectives and requirements.
We then present the solution(s) to you in detail for consideration. If there are multiple carriers that can meet your communication needs, we will put together a comparative analysis that lays out each providers strengths and weaknesses and answer any questions you may have about them.

Telecom Expense Management:

Let our experienced consultants do the tedious work for you. This service has saved customers across the country thousands of dollars per year. Our knowledge of the marketplace and our ability to quote and procure services from a wide variety of carriers will help you maximize efficiencies and return on investment.

First, we start by analyzing your current telecom services, costs, and available options. The world of telecommunications is ever changing and can be difficult to stay current with products and pricing. Generally, we find that many customers have antiquated services and outdated pricing which can lead to a reduction in efficiency and less return on investment. In almost every case we uncover areas where you are able to reduce costs and improve service at the same time.

RFP / Multiple Carrier Quotes:

Most carriers are now offering very aggressive pricing and incentives to win your business. We will prepare and submit your RFP (request for proposal) to each carrier that can meet your business needs. This process lets these carriers know that your services are out to bid. The carriers will then fight for your business by offering their most aggressive pricing and incentives in hopes of winning your business.

Our consultants will then take the results from each carrier and present the information to you in detail. This will certainly help you better determine which option is right for your business. We recommend this option to each and every client as a great way to streamline your decision making process.

Implementation / Project Management Service:

Our project management team will work directly with the carrier on your behalf throughout the entire process of quoting, contract negotiations, ordering, and implementation of services. If you are in the process of opening new sites, remodeling existing sites, upgrading your current infrastructure, or simply need a new solution to keep up with your business needs, this service will help simplify the process. Our consultant will create a plan of action that cleary defines objectives, requirements, time lines, and deliverables. This will free up more time for your current IT staff and/or responsible party to work on internal issues that pertain to the project. We provide this service to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Contract Negotiation / Renegotiation:

We have partnerships with the largest telecom providers in the country. Our knowledge of the regulations, contract process, and tariffs allow us to help you negotiate/renegotiate contracts whether it is for new service or replacing your existing or expired contracts. If you have multiple service contracts at each location, let us simplify your service by consolidating those under one Master Service Agreement.

One Call Resolution:

There is no need to rely on an 800# call center anymore. Unlike most call centers and direct sales reps, our customer service does not stop after the contract is signed. We will provide both pre/post sale customer service as long as you are a client of UTC. We will assist your current IT staff and/or responsible party with all telecom related questions, orders, repairs, issues etc...
